Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality customer service and technical assistance to our clients. You will troubleshoot issues related to our web applications, answer customer queries, and work closely with the development team to resolve technical challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate technical support to clients via email, phone, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to web applications and platforms.
- Assist clients with setup, configuration, and general inquiries.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve more complex issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and issue resolutions.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with support ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Problem-solving attitude and patience in dealing with client concerns.
